Realm Kangaroo Point –  4 Weeks Rent Free Offer (12-month leases)

1. You must be classified as an eligible new resident at Realm Kangaroo Point.
2. The offer is valid for all new apartments and townhouses bookings received until allocation is exhausted.
3. The lease contract term must be a minimum of twelve months (12 months).
4. The lease must be signed by 29 February 2024.
5. All new bookings must have paid their advanced rent along with a 4-weeks bond to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit and bond by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
6. New residents who are eligible for this offer will receive 4 Weeks Rent Free, which will be applied as a credit in the account after the first three months of tenancy.
7. If you decide to break your lease within the first six (6) months of your tenancy, this will null the agreement and the incentive will be void from the account.
8. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
9. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been received or accepted.
10. This offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions or offers affiliated with Realm Australia or Realm Kangaroo Point.
11. This offer is not valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents, or referral agents.

Realm Caulfield – REA EDM Promotion – Move in Today & Get Two Weeks Rent Free

1. You must be classified as an eligible new resident at Realm Caulfield.
2. The offer is valid for all new bookings received until allocation is exhausted.
3. Lease must commence prior to or on (31/03/2024)
4. The lease contract term must be a minimum of twelve months (12 months).
5. All new bookings must have paid their first rental payment along with a four (4) week bond to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit and bond by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
6. New residents who are eligible for this offer will receive two (2) Weeks Rent Free, which will be applied as a credit in the account after the first three (3) months of tenancy.
7. If you decide to break your lease within the first six (6) months of your tenancy, this will null the agreement and the incentive will be void from the amount.
